Projects include a Desktop timeclock system, various labor collection systems, inventory control and custom reporting using various disconnected data sources. Our specialty is building solutions on a shoestring budget, combining existing systems and custom programming to increase the lifespan of legacy sofware systems and training the existing personel to use that solution effectively.

QuickClick EZ-Update

QuickClick EZ-Update website ecommerce content management system is written in C# and uses SQL Server 2008 databases to ensure smooth error free advertising displays to the potential customer. It can be configured in any number of display patterns, with the most common being the potential customer views a product in a central panel with associated items being displayed on either side. Our system allows you to group products to maximize screen use.

DBAViewer Contact Management System

Created a custom CRM solution to interface with a legacy accounting/mfg control package. This program was able to interface with the accounting package for billing info,customer payment status. Sales was able to manage customer relationships with a combination of an ACT like interface and a link to other data such as project completion status, quoting and other databases. Created using VB.Net, MS Access, SQL server 2005, VBA for MS Office and Crystal Reports. It also has a limited web access module for quote generation at a customer site.

EVO ERP Software Solution Add-in

Created a mfg management solution to enhance the legacy solution already in place. This program includs modules for electronic time clock, labor cost collection, job cost evaluation, and manufacturing job scheduling. Created using Visual Studio 2005, MS Access, VBA for MS Office and Crystal Reports 10. Primary enhancement is that production managers can use a single simplified interface to manage labor and other costs.

C-track

Custom VB.Net solution to allow therapists track case notes and other paperwork electronically. Primary enhancement is the ability of therapists and support staff view and modify documents independant to the physical case file. Programmed using Visual Studio 2005, SQL Server 2005 and Crystal Reports 10.
